Jaïna Ennequin est née en 1993 sur l’île de Guadeloupe.

L’histoire est toujours le point de départ pour ses projets. Elle cherche alors les meilleurs moyens de la traduire en capturant la beauté des matériaux, des formes ou des procédés. 

Ses projets ont toujours une dimension émotionnelle et poétique.

Le projet de céramique intitulé L’histoire de l’île réalisé avec Baptiste Sévin est profondément influencé par ses origines et leur fascination commune pour les questions géologiques et archéologiques.

She always tries to capture the beauty of materials, forms or process to find the best way to translate it.
